Manufacturing Engineer Manager (Level 5) | Lockheed Martin

You will be the Manufacturing Engineer Manager (Level 5) for the Missiles & Fire Control Manufacturing Engineering - Dallas Electrical Shop PWB/PCB team.

Our team is responsible for delivering high-quality printed wiring boards (PWB) that enable mission-critical missile systems.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Manufacturing Engineer Manager (Level 5) you will be responsible for leading the Electronics Fabrication effort within the Dallas Electrical Shop.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Define, implement, and continuously improve PWB manufacturing processes and work instructions.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians to meet schedule, quality, and cost targets.
  • Coordinate with design, test, and supply-chain partners to resolve fabrication issues and ensure compliance with missile-system requirements.
  • Drive root-cause analysis and corrective-action programs for non-conformances and reliability challenges.
  • Champion lean and continuous-improvement initiatives that reduce waste and enhance affordability.

Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $117,200 - $206,770.

For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location.

Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
