Responsibilities
- Lead line leaders and operators to achieve daily production targets, quality, productivity, and yield.
- Conduct daily pass-down meetings and escalate any line issues.
- Manage manpower, overtime, and consumables planning.
- Ensure adherence to manufacturing and safety procedures.
- Train and coach leaders and operators to enhance performance.
- Implement improvements to minimize human errors.
- Maintain discipline and good housekeeping in the production line.
- Collaborate with departments on projects, evaluations, and preventive maintenance in the fab.
Requirements:
- Diploma and above in Engineering or equivalents.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in a related industry.
- Experience in high-tech, high-volume manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Willing to work 12-hour shifts (permanent day or night, as assigned).
