💰 Compensation
- $90,000 – $105,000 base salary

💼 What You’ll Do
- Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on SMT and PCBA equipment (pick-and-place, screen printers, reflow ovens, AOI/SPI systems)
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control system issues to minimize downtime
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement long-term corrective actions
- Monitor equipment performance (OEE, MTBF, MTTR) and drive efficiency improvements
- Support installation, commissioning, and qualification of new equipment and production lines
- Maintain maintenance schedules, SOPs, and detailed equipment logs
- Partner with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to improve yield and throughput
- Train technicians and operators on equipment best practices
- Coordinate with vendors for technical support and spare parts management
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- 3–7+ years of experience in SMT, PCBA, or electronics manufacturing equipment maintenance
- Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and automated systems
- Experience with PLCs, control systems, and diagnostic tools (multimeters, oscilloscopes)
- Proven experience with root cause analysis (5 Whys, 8D, Fishbone, etc.)
- Familiarity with CMMS systems and maintenance tracking
- Associate degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Hands-on SMT production line experience strongly preferred
➕ Nice to Have
- Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with MES/SFC systems
- Experience supporting NPI, line setup, and equipment qualification
- Background in reliability and performance optimization initiatives
