Work Location: Waltham, MA (Onsite Only)
Pay Range: $34.86 to $36.96/hr.

Manufacturing / Process Engineer – Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience with LEAN manufacturing and Six Sigma tools and methodologies.
- Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in technical writing, including protocols, reports, and validation documentation.
- Experience conducting FMEAs and Design of Experiments (DOE).
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in equipment design and build is preferred.
- CAD experience, particularly SolidWorks, is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support new product introduction by coordinating manufacturability assessments and production launch activities.
- Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and product flow.
- Perform equipment and process validations (IQ, OQ, PQ) in compliance with requirements.
- Develop capacity models and plan facility layouts for new or relocated equipment.
- Coordinate and support operator training for new and existing products, processes, and equipment.
- Collaborate with external vendors and internal partner sites to resolve technical challenges and drive improvements.
- Evaluate process performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement innovative solutions.
- Design and develop manufacturing processes, tooling, automation, and procedures for existing production lines.
- Partner with Production Technology Engineers on continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct time studies to establish or validate process standards.
- Provide ongoing production line support, including troubleshooting, kanban setup, capacity planning, and issue resolution.
- Review engineering drawings to ensure accuracy and manufacturability.
- Participate in cost reduction and continuous improvement projects.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
