  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Operations teams to ensure Day1 launch readiness for SaaS and platform products.
  • Assist in building and maintaining product operating rhythms, including:
  • Launch checklists and runbooks
  • Dashboards and KPIs
  • Execution cadences and status tracking
  • Support postlaunch monitoring to track product performance, customer adoption, and operational issues.
  • Help define and document product setup standards, including:
  • Product IDs and configurations
  • Pricing rules and packaging
  • Upgrade paths and entitlement logic
  • Contribute to process improvements and workflow automation, including the use of AIenabled tools, to improve speed, quality, and execution consistency.
  • Support presales and postsales readiness activities to ensure smooth handoffs and product delivery.
  • Create and maintain documentation, playbooks, and selfservice guides for product launch and operations.
  • Provide operational support to internal teams, partners, and customers while meeting defined SLA expectations.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • 1-5 years of experience in Business Product Management, Product Operations, Program Management, or SaaS Operations.
  • Exposure to product launches, SaaS platforms, or enterprise technology products.
  • Ability to work with documentation, dashboards, and basic data analysis.
  • Experience working in a handson individual contributor role is strongly preferred.
  • You enjoy executing and enabling, not just defining strategy.
  • You are comfortable managing details, dependencies, and followthrough.
  • You communicate clearly across technical and nontechnical teams.
  • You thrive in environments where processes are evolving and ownership matters.
