About The Role

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Manufacturing Process Engineer to support the design, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing processes and equipment from pilot phase through full-scale production.

This role is ideal for an early-career engineer (0–2 years of experience) with strong analytical capabilities, exposure to regulated environments, and a solid foundation in process validation and quality systems. The position offers strong potential for long-term growth and possible conversion to full-time employment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the design and implementation of manufacturing processes, production equipment, and plant systems
  • Assist in scaling operations from pilot runs to fully operational production
  • Identify and resolve production issues using structured root cause analysis methodologies
  • Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, including SOPs and process work instructions
  • Utilize document control systems to manage engineering and quality documentation
  • Support validation activities, including drafting and executing validation protocols
  • Apply risk assessment tools such as FMEA to identify and mitigate process risks
  • Support Statistical Process Control (SPC) initiatives to monitor and improve process performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Operations, and Engineering teams
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and internal quality standards

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
  • 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or related field
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of validation protocols, particularly in regulated industries
  • Familiarity with risk management tools such as FMEA
  • Understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) principles
  • Experience with document control systems and engineering software such as:
  • Corel Designer
  • AutoCAD
  • SolidWorks
  • Or similar technical tools
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under supervision within structured guidelines
