About the Role
Operating with minimal supervision in a cross-collaborative, fast-paced environment, the Procurement Project Lead will be responsible for:
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams, collaborating with Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and Procurement stakeholders.
- Present to and influence executive leadership.
- Manage project timelines and resources in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Capable of navigating through ambiguity
- Ability to see the “big picture”, but willing to be a task master as needed to ensure work is accomplished.
- Address complex system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement process improvements.
- Qualifications
- BS/BA in Supply Chain Management/Finance/Business or related field.
- 3-4 years of Procurement experience.
- Familiar with multiple facets of supplier management.
- Ability to talk directly and influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of project management processes (certifications helpful).
- Expert knowledge in Excel, ability to work with large data sets.
- Strong presentation, communication and listening skills.
- A “can do” attitude and passion to take projects across the finish line.
- Position requires up to 10% Travel.
