Job Description

The Market Research Analyst is responsible for evaluating market conditions and competitive dynamics to assess and improve the sales performance of the portfolio. This role is highly business focused and centers on transforming market data into practical, actionable insights that drive commercial decisions. The ideal candidate is curious, consultative, and comfortable influencing stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Growth Management with fact based recommendations. This role supports growth by identifying opportunities, uncovering risks, and helping the business respond effectively to competitive pressures. Must be able to work 100% Onsite. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field Graduate degree preferred

  • 1+ years of experience in market research, business analysis, or business intelligence
  • Advanced business and operational understanding, preferably from working closely with commercial or field teams
  • Proven ability to analyze data and convert findings into clear business recommendations
  • Excellent consultative communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Demonstrated critical thinking, problem solving, and curiosity
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience creating visual presentations that simplify complex information
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI preferred
  • Comfort working with large datasets and partnering with others to address business questions

salary: $39 - $40 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Analyze syndicated and internal data sources to assess market conditions, competitive activity, and portfolio performance
  • Monitor trends, strategies, and category dynamics to identify risks and growth opportunities for the company
  • Translate market insights into actionable recommendations that support market share and value share growth
  • Partner closely with RGM, Sales, and Marketing teams to support planning, execution, and performance tracking
  • Develop clear and compelling presentations that communicate insights through visuals and concise narratives
  • Conduct specialized and ad hoc analyses to support executive leadership and front line teams
  • Evaluate market share performance at the most detailed level to identify actionable drivers and gaps
  • Coordinate cross functionally to support integrated business solutions and stronger commercial outcomes
  • Present findings in a clear and practical manner tailored to different audiences across the organization
  • Perform market and competitive analysis to understand business performance and improve market share
  • Gather and synthesize data from internal systems to uncover insights and inform timely business decisions
  • Interpret and explain market share shifts, competitive movements, and category trends
