Job Title: Marketing Analytics Manager

About the Role
As a key member of our marketing operations, you will leverage your expertise to extract, analyze, and visualize data that shapes our marketing strategies and enhances business performance. You will lead cross-functional projects, develop insightful dashboards, and provide strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Data & Analytics
- Extract and integrate data from marketing systems such as Marketo, Salesforce, and internal databases using SQL and other tools.
- Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards to monitor KPIs, measure marketing impact, and enable self-service analytics.
- Conduct deep-dive and ad-hoc analyses to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and recommend optimizations.
- Synthesize insights from multiple data sources (quantitative & qualitative) to provide a holistic view of market dynamics.
- Manage quarterly measurement processes and craft compelling narratives for business and marketing updates.
Operational Excellence & Project Management
- Lead testing and implementation of AI tools to enhance marketing GTM infrastructure.
- Drive complex, cross-functional projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Define project scope, coordinate workstreams, and manage external B2B GTM initiatives such as webinars and in-person events.
- Proactively manage stakeholder expectations, resolve conflicts, and navigate competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5-8 years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or related roles within B2B ad tech, SaaS, e-commerce, or similar industries.
- Expertise in SQL, Google Scripts, Advanced Excel/GSheets, Looker/Looker Studio.
- Experience with AI tooling relevant to B2B marketing and leadership communications is a plus.
- Proven ability to create dashboards, conduct deep-dive analyses, and present data-driven insights to senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
