We're looking for a part-time marketing data analyst to own weekly performance reporting across our marketing channels. You'll pull data from multiple platforms, build and maintain dashboards, and deliver concise weekly reports with real insights — not just numbers.
This is an 6-month engagement with consistent weekly deliverables, requiring 15-20 hours of support per week. The right candidate is fast, accurate, and knows how to turn data into a clear story with actionable outcomes and next best actions.
What You'll Do
- Deliver weekly marketing performance reports covering website, paid media, SEO, email, and owned/earned channels
- Build and maintain dashboards in Looker Studio consolidating data across platforms
- Analyze website performance in Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics (GA4) — traffic, engagement, funnel, and conversion
- Report on paid media (Google Ads / GDN) performance: impressions, clicks, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, spend pacing, and attribution; deep enough in platform mechanics to diagnose why performance shifts, not just report that it did
- Use Semrush to track SEO performance, keyword rankings, and competitive benchmarking
- Analyze user behavior via Hotjar (heatmaps, session recordings, funnel analysis)
- Track and analyze lead conversion data in Salesforce CRM and report on email/campaign performance in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years in digital marketing analytics or growth analytics
- Proficient in Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and Salesforce
- Strong paid media analytics fluency — Google Ads and GDN campaign structure, bidding mechanics, Quality Score, audience targeting, conversion tracking
- Experienced with Looker Studio dashboard builds
- Familiarity with Semrush, Hotjar would be great
- Strong written communication — you write clear, executive-ready summaries, not just data dumps
