WE'RE HIRING A MARKETING SPECIALIST TO JOIN OUR TEAM IN AARHUS

Are you our new marketing all-rounder?

You can write it yourself. Execute it yourself. Catch an idea at 4 PM and have a sharp post ready the next morning - and innovate while having flair for marketing production by nature.

With us, you won't enter a marketing machine with 12 layers and approval rounds. You'll join a fast-paced startup in Aarhus where things happen quickly, where ideas are tested immediately, and where you get direct access to founders, team, and decisions.

In this role, you will translate tech and AI into human-driven content.

You'll also translate our ambitions, our culture, and our energy into words, images, and stories. You'll be there when culture is being created - not when it needs to be documented afterwards.

As Marketing Specialist, you'll work closely with founders and leadership, getting direct influence on how we communicate our story to the world. Our clients range from Matas, Hummel, Vero Moda, LuksusBaby and many more.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DAILY WORK

• Write social media posts, website copy, emails, ads, and sales materials

• Capture photos and videos of team, office, and events

• Design in Figma within our design system and create graphic assets

• Maintain content calendar and own tasks from idea to publication

• Execute quickly on multiple priorities and new initiatives

• Build tone of voice database and automate workflows using AI tools (Claude etc.)

• Work systematically with templates, documentation, and scalable processes

WHO YOU ARE AND REQUIREMENTS

• 1-4 years of experience with content production, preferably from agency or tech/SaaS company

• Strong written communication skills in both Danish and English

• Eye for visual content, basic design skills, and experience with Figma or similar tools

• Understanding of how to communicate B2B SaaS products

• Self-driven, structured, and execution-oriented - you own tasks from start to finish at record speed

• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks with empathy for tone and messaging

• Technically curious and ready to use AI tools in your daily work

• Bonus: Experience with founder branding, marketing automation, or performance marketing basics

Cernel is building the next generation of ecommerce infrastructure with AI-powered agents that automate complex tasks and connect workflows across systems. We're developing an advanced agent framework that analyses data, makes decisions, and drives performance - giving ecommerce teams better results, higher conversions, and more time for creative work.

We are currently a team of 17 people working from our brand new HQ at Frederiksbjerg, Aarhus. We are ambitious, caring, and collaborative. We work hard, move fast, and genuinely care about building both a great product and a great organisation.
