MDG Data Analyst (Master Data Governance)

BCForward is currently seeking a highly motivated MDG Data Analyst for an On-site opportunity in Los Angeles, CA

Role: MDG Data Analyst (Master Data Governance)

Duration: 10+ Months

Locations: Los Angeles, CA

Anticipated Start Date: 05/18/2026

Job Type: Contract – On-site

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support master data operations within an ERP environment (Oracle Fusion). This role focuses on maintaining accurate data, following defined processes, and working closely with Finance and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and update master data in the system (titles, accounts, departments, etc.)
• Ensure data accuracy by following validation rules and standard processes
• Manage and track data requests through workflow tools
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve data issues or rework requests
• Perform data quality checks to avoid errors in reporting and systems
• Maintain basic documentation and support process improvements

Required Skills:

• Experience in data operations, finance operations, ERP support, or master data
• Experience working with structured data and Excel
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes
• Good communication skills (working with Finance and IT teams)
• Familiarity with ERP systems or workflow-based tools
