ACS System Associates Inc. is currently seeking a Mechanical Construction Cost Control Engineer o join our Team.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates and project budgets
• Monitor and prepare cost reports and forecasts
• Analyze labor materials
• Analyze variances and recommend corrective actions
• Support change order pricing and negotiations
• Assist in project closeout and final cost reporting

Requirements:

• Min 5 years of experience in Mechanical Construction cost control

• Cost Control, estimating, and project controls experience

• Experience working on large scale commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects and strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and mechanical systems

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
