Job Scope:
- Design and develop equipment in accordance with customer and internal specifications.
- Lead assigned projects by planning, organizing, and coordinating meetings to review designs and ensure timelines are met.
- Manage and maintain documentation related to R&D activities in compliance with requirements.
- Monitor and update Bill of Materials (BOM) to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Produce detailed 2D and 3D engineering drawings.
- Initiate Engineering Change Notices (ECN) for design updates and follow through the approval process.
- Provide technical support to production, process, supply chain, and QA teams for design review and troubleshooting.
Job Requirements:
- Min Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in semiconductor or automation equipment design.
- Strong proficiency in mechanical design using SolidWorks is preferred.
- Familiarity with Autodesk/AutoCAD software will be an added advantage.
