We are building our Hong Kong core team and looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer (SolidWorks Focus) to join us.

## 🧩 Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Mechanical Design Engineer with strong SolidWorks skills to support project execution from concept to installation.

This role is initially focused on 3D modeling and technical drawing production, with the objective to progressively grow into a project coordination and execution role.

You will work directly with the founder and engineering team on real projects, not isolated tasks.

## ⚙️ Key Responsibilities

## Phase 1 — Technical Production (Core Focus)

• Build and maintain 3D models and assemblies in SolidWorks
• Produce clear, accurate technical and shop drawings
• Assist in developing fabrication details and construction logic
• Prepare drawing packages for suppliers and manufacturing
• Translate concepts into practical, buildable solutions

## Phase 2 — Project Execution & Coordination (Progressive)

• Coordinate with suppliers and fabricators in Hong Kong and China
• Manage drawing updates, technical exchanges, and feedback loops
• Support procurement tracking and production follow-up
• Assist in installation planning (logistics, sequencing, site constraints)
• Contribute to overall project delivery

## 🎯 Must-Have Skills

• Strong SolidWorks proficiency (3D modeling + drawings)
• Good understanding of mechanical assemblies and fabrication systems
• Ability to turn design intent into buildable solutions
• Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
• Good English required

## ➕ Nice-to-Have

• Experience in fabrication, construction, or installation
• Experience producing shop drawings for manufacturing
• Exposure to supplier coordination or site work
• Experience with Rhino (concept modeling) and/or Blender (visualization)
• Mandarin and/or Cantonese
