Key Objectives
- Design and develop mechanical components and systems for turbomachinery applications.
- Perform detailed engineering analysis including stress, thermal, and vibration assessments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical designs.
- Support product testing, validation, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and review mechanical design concepts, drawings, and specifications.
- Conduct engineering calculations and simulations to validate design integrity.
- Work closely with manufacturing and quality teams to address design for manufacturability and assembly.
- Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for mechanical issues.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in mechanical engineering and turbomachinery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in mechanical design and analysis.
- Proficiency with CAD software and engineering simulation tools .
- Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and mechanical systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
