Mechanical Engineer – Network Rail Contract (Central London)

• Monday to Friday 8am - 4:30pm can be flexible on start time

• Plenty of overtime available every week paid at time and a half.

• Salary £50,000 - £55,000

• Travel is paid

• 23 paid days holidays (not including banks)

• Full usage for personal use of the company van allowed (no tax or salary deductions)

• Training Provided if needed

I’m currently recruiting for a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join a prestigious Network Rail contract, working across some of Central London’s busiest and most iconic train stations ncluding London Bridge, Euston, St Pancras, and King’s Cross.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term permeant role with strong earning potential, consistent overtime, and unique working environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance, fault finding, and ensuring critical systems remain operational

• Carry out maintenance on AHUs, extract fans, split AC systems, and VRF systems

• Clean and replace filters, belts, and basic components

• Check fan motors, compressors, and system performance

• Identify faults and carry out minor repairs

• Ensure systems are running efficiently and safely

• Report any major issues or required remedial works
