What you’ll be doing:

• Support or lead the design of mechanical building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection
• Prepare and review drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
• Coordinate with electrical, structural, architectural, and other project stakeholders
• Participate in project meetings, site visits, and construction coordination
• Assist with contract administration tasks such as submittal reviews and site inspections
• Contribute to project planning, scheduling, and delivery

What you bring:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• EIT or P.Eng. designation (or working toward licensure)
• Experience in building consulting engineering
• Strong understanding of HVAC and building mechanical systems
• Familiarity with applicable codes and standards
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to manage priorities across multiple projects

Nice to have:

• Experience with commercial, institutional, healthcare, or multi-residential projects
• Exposure to client interaction or project coordination
• Familiarity with common design software used in building services
