The Person:

  • Mechanical Engineering background (degree preferred)
  • Experience speaking with customers, suppliers or vendors!
  • Interest in progressing into procurement
  • Excited by speaking with vendors, negotiating with supplier and commercial decision-making
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
  • U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder required (no ties to restricted countries)

The Role:

  • Mechanical procurement specialist
  • Engage with a high volume of vendors to source and negotiate materials and services
  • Process and manage purchase orders in line with budgets and project timelines
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and documentation
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, R&D, and Finance teams
