Desired Qualifications
- Associates Degree in relevant field
- Post high school vocational or trade school training in electrical repair
- Must be able to speak English
Ideal Experience
- Proven experience with motor and pulley alignment
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and tools
- Ability to read technical schematics and blueprints
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Must have at least 2 years’ experience in maintenance repairs
- 2 years of Building Automation Controls experience a plus
- Experience with Building Maintenance Systems
- High School diploma or GED equivalent and the ability to read and write
- Must be able to work a flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and
some holidays.
