Intro:We are seeking a skilled Mechatronics Engineer / Instrumentation Technician to handle installation, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of industrial weighing systems, laboratory instruments, automation equipment and material handling equipment while assisting in technical coordination and operationsKey ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, and commission industrial and medical weighing systems, sensors, instruments and lifting equipment Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and component-level maintenanceCarry out precise calibration, adjustments, and repairs on weighing equipment Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients Utilize modern tools including AI-based tools to improve efficiency and performance while working independently with minimal supervision Prepare clear service reports and maintain proper documentationSupport or handle sales & operations coordination Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electronics, or Instrumentation, or related fieldKnowledge of sensors, load cells, and calibration of instruments (e.g., weighing scales, pressure gauges, controllers) is an advantageBasic understanding of PLC systems and control loopsTroubleshooting skills (electrical and mechanical)Proficiency in MS Word and Excel Good communication skills in English Organized, adaptable, and able to work in industrial environmentsMust have a UAE driving license or willingness to obtain as soon as possibleAdditional Notes Candidates must provide valid supporting documents and references Must be able to pass a technical assessment Candidates with experience in any of the following areas will be highly preferred:Industrial Weighing ScalesMeasuring InstrumentsInstrumentation & Process ControlIndustrial AutomationElevators & EscalatorsMaterial Handling & Lifting EquipmentTools / Meters / Power Tools / HardwareIndustrial Electronics & Electro-mechanicalMarine, Oil & GasMEP, HVACIT, Manufacturing MachineryPackaging and Batching MachinesCommercial Kitchen EquipmentPOS Systems, Office AutomationWholesale Office Supplies, LV/ELV/BMS Systems------------------To Apply:Preferred Method:-Visit our careers page: career[DOT]petrame[DOT]comSelect the relevant job openingComplete the application form
