Shift Information:
- Monday-Friday, Standard Business Hours, Onsite Position!- This role is Fully onsite role based in North Chicago (near O’Hare airport) with travel between local project sites.
- Pay range starts at $75++/hr! Flexible pay range depending on experience and requirements met-Shaer your resume to inquire.
- 12+ Month contract to start! This is a W2 Contract (No 1099/C2C), with a possibility of extension or conversion beyond the original duration based on performance & budget at that time.

Job Description:
- Position is primarily responsible for inspecting and validating mechanical and electrical installations to ensure compliance with approved designs, URS requirements, vendor specifications, and regulatory/code standards.
- Position will also be responsible for reviewing technical documentation, calibration records, testing results (FAT/SAT), and identifying/documenting any deviations or non-conformities during construction and commissioning activities.
- Position will be in charge of supporting commissioning efforts, coordinating on-site inspections, collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, QA, construction, and vendors, and ensuring all systems meet quality and compliance standards in a regulated environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree or higher is required!
- Experience within pharma or highly regulated (GxP) environments is required!
- Hands-on experience with capital projects, including greenfield project planning and delivery, is required!
- 5+ years of experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) engineering, quality, or commissioning is required!
- Strong experience reviewing drawings, URS, and technical documentation for compliance is required!
- Experience supporting commissioning activities such as FAT, SAT, and system testing is required!
- Experience with large-scale industrial or biotech construction projects is preferred!
- Prior experience working onsite and coordinating with cross-functional teams and vendors is preferred!
