Overview

We are seeking a qualified MEP Engineer with proven experience in transportation and infrastructure projects to oversee and supervise all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works at site. The role involves coordinating with contractors, ensuring compliance with design specifications, monitoring site progress, and ensuring safety and quality standards throughout project execution.

Your role

  • Supervise and monitor MEP activities on site to ensure alignment with project drawings, specifications, and standards.
  • Oversee installation of utilities networks such as water supply, drainage, stormwater, firefighting, street lighting, and ITS systems.
  • Coordinate with civil, structural, and architectural teams for seamless integration of MEP works in infrastructure projects.
  • Review technical documents including shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
  • Ensure all works comply with Saudi building codes, project requirements, and international standards.
  • Track site progress, identify risks or delays, and report updates to project management.
  • Conduct site inspections to maintain quality, safety, and environmental compliance.
  • Verify contractor work quality and support testing & commissioning activities.
  • Liaise with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
  • Ensure proper documentation, inspection requests (IRs), non‑conformance reports (NCRs), and daily site reports.

About you

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
  • Minimum 10-12 years of MEP experience in transportation and infrastructure projects.
  • Strong background in site supervision of MEP systems within large‑scale infrastructure works.
  • Familiarity with MEP services
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies and quality control procedures.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced site environments.
