Our client is looking for a data-driven professional to manage and optimize a merchant acquiring portfolio, with a focus on improving activation, revenue per merchant, and profitability.Key Responsibilities:Manage small merchant portfolio (Design and execute merchant lifecycle management strategies, including onboarding, activation, retention, and reactivation of dormant merchants and terminalsConduct portfolio analysis across small and mid-large merchants to identify trends, behavioral insights, and growth opportunitiesDevelop dashboards, KPI frameworks, and quarterly business review reports for key stakeholders and senior managementSupport pricing strategy through data analysis, scenario modelling, and evaluation of promotional effectivenessCollaborate with product, sales, and business teams to support decision-making and improve merchant acquiring performanceTranslate business requirements into data models, reporting structures, and analytical insights Strong experience in merchant acquiring, cards business, or payments industrySolid understanding of P&L, transaction-level revenue, and scheme cost dynamicsStrong analytical skills with tools such as SQL, SAS, Excel, and reporting platformsExperience in portfolio management, pricing analysis, and KPI/dashboard developmentGood business acumen with ability to influence decisions through dataStrong communication and stakeholder management skills
