What You Will Do:
We are looking for a skilled engineer with expertise in Generative AI and Data Engineering to help revolutionize our Production Management tools. Your role will be critical in creating AI-driven solutions that enhance system reliability and streamline event management across our platforms. Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and developing advanced Generative AI applications, including RAG pipelines and Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations.
- Collaborating with data owners to construct data pipelines, engineering features, and enriching strategies for optimal AI solutions.
- Prototyping and delivering tools powered by LLMs and vector databases.
- Translating complex business challenges into AI-first solutions, ensuring measurable outcomes in system performance and user experience.
- Maintaining operational excellence with proper logging, monitoring, and documentation for production-ready deployments.
- Working collaboratively across various teams to pinpoint, prioritize, and execute GenAI opportunities that enhance our platforms and processes.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A strong enthusiasm for Generative AI and its practical applications.
- Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks and RAG architectures.
- Proficiency in programming with Python (preferred) or Go, capable of crafting both prototypes and production-ready applications.
- Solid grasp of data engineering principles, including ETL processes and vector data management.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face.
- Familiarity with deploying AI applications in cloud and containerized environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in developing agentic AI applications involving complex workflows.
- Knowledge of data science techniques like experimentation and model evaluation.
- Understanding of monitoring tools to ensure system observability.
- Familiarity with APIs, microservices, and web technologies to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience alongside a bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related field.
Salary and Benefits:
