Opportunity

We’re hiring a driven Electrical Engineer who’s ready to move toward project ownership and leadership.

If you have strong MEP experience, know your way around Revit, and are either licensed or close to obtaining your P.E., this role is built to accelerate your growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Design electrical systems for commercial, residential, and hospitality projects (power, lighting, life safety)
  • Develop construction documents in Revit (BIM-first workflow)
  • Perform load calculations, equipment sizing, and code analysis (NEC, FBC)
  • Coordinate with internal MEP teams and external architects/owners
  • Handle RFIs, submittals, and construction administration
  • Support project delivery from concept through construction
  • Begin taking ownership of small-to-mid-size projects

What We’re Looking For

  • 4–10 years of MEP electrical design experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • P.E. license or actively pursuing (strong preference)
  • Proficiency in Revit (this is non-negotiable)
  • Strong understanding of NEC and building systems
  • Ability to manage deadlines across multiple projects
  • Clear communicator with clients and internal teams
