Manage trade lifecycle support across Fixed Income products
Perform trade allocation and ensure accurate booking and matching of trades Support account opening processes and related operational workflows
Partner closely with settlements teams to resolve breaks and ensure timely trade matching
Utilize platforms such as CTM, ALERT, and other middle office systems to support trade processing
Monitor and ensure compliance with TRACE and MSRB reporting requirements Investigate and resolve discrepancies across trades, allocations, and settlements
Communicate effectively with front office, operations, and external counterparties
Required Qualifications:
3–5 years of Middle Office or Trade Support experience within capital markets (open to more senior profiles)
Hands-on experience supporting Fixed Income products (vanilla products required; broader asset class exposure is a plus)
Experience with trade allocation, matching, and settlements processes Familiarity with systems such as CTM, ALERT, or similar trade processing platforms
Understanding of TRACE and MSRB reporting requirements
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Nice to Have:
Exposure to multiple asset classes (in addition to Fixed Income) Ability to ramp quickly and contribute in a cross-training environment
