Job Description

  • Dublin based
  • 5 days on-site
  • Stamp 1G / Stamp 4 / EU Passport required

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
  • Work with text, speech, audio, image, and video data
  • Deliver high‑quality labelled data using internal tools and detailed guidelines
  • Make sound judgments when facing ambiguous or incomplete information
  • Switch quickly between different task categories while maintaining accuracy
  • Complete daily operational deliverables across multiple task types
  • Analyse root causes, spot error patterns, and recommend improvements
  • Identify process/tooling issues and suggest enhancements
  • Provide task‑related clarification and internal support when needed

What You Bring

  • Fluency in at least one of the following languages (mandatory): French, German, or Dutch
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency
  • Ability to interpret guidelines and apply them across formats
  • Comfort working with large volumes of multi‑modal content
  • Critical thinking and solid judgment in ambiguous situations
  • Clear communication and an ownership mindset
