What You’ll Do
- Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
- Work with text, speech, audio, image, and video data
- Deliver high‑quality labelled data using internal tools and detailed guidelines
- Make sound judgments when facing ambiguous or incomplete information
- Switch quickly between different task categories while maintaining accuracy
- Complete daily operational deliverables across multiple task types
- Analyse root causes, spot error patterns, and recommend improvements
- Identify process/tooling issues and suggest enhancements
- Provide task‑related clarification and internal support when needed
What You Bring
- Fluency in at least one of the following languages (mandatory): French, German, or Dutch
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to interpret guidelines and apply them across formats
- Comfort working with large volumes of multi‑modal content
- Critical thinking and solid judgment in ambiguous situations
- Clear communication and an ownership mindset
