What You Will Do

• Design and deploy agentic systems featuring persistent memory, tool use, and advanced workflow orchestration for real-time marketing reporting.
• Integrate LLMs with live data sources including Google Ads, GA4, Meta Ads, and CRMs to automate daily performance briefings and competitive tracking.
• Improve system reliability through retrieval optimization, evaluation frameworks, and fine-tuning on proprietary marketing-domain data sets.

The ideal candidate

• 4-8 years of hands-on ML engineering experience with a proven track record of shipping production LLM, RAG, or agentic systems.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals in Python and API development, with the ability to build scalable data pipelines for real-world applications.
• Thrives in a high-ownership, fast-paced startup environment and possesses the technical maturity to define the AI roadmap for a growing product.
