MLOps Engineer / AI Operations Specialist

Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a MLOps Engineer / AI Operations Specialist, based in Hong Kong SAR, with some tasks to be done remotely. Responsibilities include maintaining and enhancing machine learning (ML) operational pipelines, optimizing deployment processes, monitoring ML systems, managing platform reliability, and troubleshooting production issues. The role also involves collaborating with the team to ensure the smooth integration of AI models and ensuring system performance meets business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively
• Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems
• Proven expertise in delivering exceptional customer service and effectively working with clients
• Familiarity with MLOps tools, frameworks, and processes is an advantage
• Proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a focus on AI or machine learning operations
