We are seeking a hands-on and analytical finance professional to support general accounting and FP&A, with a strong focus on revenue and contribution margin analysis. This role will work closely with the business to provide insights on financial performance, while also supporting selected accounting and reporting activities.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis (70%)
- Perform detailed revenue and contribution margin analysis to support business decision-making
- Prepare and analyze monthly management reports, including performance vs budget and forecast
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including revenue and cost projections
- Conduct variance analysis and identify key drivers impacting business performance
- Develop and maintain Excel-based financial models and reports
- Work closely with stakeholders to provide financial insights and recommendations
Accounting & Reporting (30%)
- Support month-end closing process and financial reporting
- Assist in preparing financial statements and management accounts
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data used for reporting
- Collaborate with accounting teams to align reporting outputs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- CPA or equivalent qualification preferred
- 10 years of relevant experience in FP&A and/or accounting
- Strong experience in financial analysis, especially revenue and margin analysis
- Experience in FMCG, retail, or similar industries is a plus
- Experience with NetSuite is preferred but not essential
- Strong Excel skills (financial modeling, data analysis)
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large datasets
- Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
