Job Title: Model Risk Management (MRM) Tech Analyst

Role Overview:

We are seeking an MRM Technical Analyst with strong experience in Model Risk Management, model lifecycle workflows, and hands on analysis of model code and data. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to refine requirements, write user stories, and support model governance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with business users to refine user stories and translate regulatory requirements into technical specifications.
• Review and interpret model code written in Python and SQL.
• Support MRM processes, model inventory, validation workflows, and governance controls.
• Partner with engineering teams to ensure proper implementation of model lifecycle enhancements.
• Support testing, documentation, and cross functional communication.

Required Skills:

• Strong Business Analyst background with MRM experience.
• Hands on proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
