Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the review of new product design proposals and establish product process routes; Responsible for designing production lines and delivering technical standards.
  • Lead the improvement of production line equipment, tooling, and automation to enhance product yield and production efficiency, and produce relevant process documentation.
  • Address anomalies in high-performing production lines, summarize project experiences, and review and prevent the recurrence of known errors in new projects.
  • Lead manufacturing solutions and technical feasibility evaluations and reviews, and draft assessment reports.
  • Oversee the evaluation and implementation of new processes and technical plans, identifying potential risks and issues, and develop and deliver appropriate response strategies.
  • Lead the assessment and review of needs for new production lines, new equipment, and new inspection tools in the new product development process, establishing corresponding technical requirements, cost budgets, and the "Production Equipment and Inspection Tool" list.
  • Manage the trial production phase of new products, collaboratively analyze emerging issues with the team, formulate improvement measures, and track implementation progress to ensure trial production problems are addressed comprehensively.
  • Collaborate with the quality and production teams to resolve major customer complaints, providing technical support and improvement suggestions.
  • Responsible for the formulation, publication, and change management of product process standards and parameters.
  • Rapidly respond to emergencies that arise during the project production process and quickly resolve issues.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in production processes within the motor industry, preferably with a background in automotive component manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with automation equipment and production process standards.
  • Proficiency in design software such as CAD and SolidWorks is preferred.
  • Excellent project management and team collaboration skills.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in spoken English is required.
  • Strong communication skills and a sense of responsibility, adaptable to a fast-paced working environment.
