MJM Industrial are seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer for a permanent position based in Hayes. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and reliable engineer who can hit the ground running and contribute immediately within a fast-paced operational environment.

The successful candidate will join a professional engineering team responsible for maintaining, repairing, and optimising equipment and facilities to ensure maximum reliability and performance. You will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations through proactive maintenance and rapid fault resolution.

Maintaining, repairing, and servicing plant, building, and equipment.

• Utilising your expertise in mechanical and electrical systems to diagnose and fix equipment breakdowns.
• Participating in preventative maintenance
• Participate in reactive maintenance
• Working with the engineering team and other departments to ensure a safe and productive work environment.

Shift Pattern:

Monday to Friday

Mornings and Evening shifts

Plenty of overtime on the weekends
