Experteer Overview
In this role you shape network-based solutions within Issuer VAS to drive growth across Europe. You’ll partner with regional and global teams to ensure market-ready, commercially viable products aligned with client needs. You’ll navigate product lifecycle, GTM execution, and client-facing support, building expertise on VisaNet and network capabilities. You’ll act on client feedback to inform decisions and identify opportunities for enhancement, contributing to Visa’s strategic growth in payments.
Pay / Benefits
- Support Network Product solutions to help financial institutions serve customers and leverage VisaNet and Issuer VAS capabilities
- Develop into a subject matter expert for selected Network Products and understanding of VisaNet
- Represent client needs and market feedback to inform product and commercial decisions
- Identify opportunities for product enhancements based on client needs, regulatory requirements, and market conditions
- Support Europe product lifecycle management and influence roadmaps with Global Product teams
- Assist in executing revenue growth objectives and support VAS go-to-market plans with Sales and GTM teams
- Ensure solutions are fit for purpose, regulatory compliant, and deployment-ready across Europe
- Prepare and deliver product updates, presentations, and documentation for internal/external audiences
- Provide regular reporting on product performance, risks, and opportunities to leadership
- Support strategic initiatives from European and Global leadership as required
- Adapt to evolving responsibilities as portfolio and priorities grow
Tasks
- 2+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree OR Advanced Degree with relevant experience
- Experience in product management or product analytics
- Experience with go-to-market, pricing, or commercial strategy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate client/market insights into actionable recommendations
- Comfort presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Interest in technology-driven solutions and network capabilities for client value
