We’re Hiring: New Product Introduction (NPI) Engineer!
Shape the Future of Sealing Technology
At Pacific Rubber, we don’t just deliver seals, we enable innovation. For over four decades, we’ve partnered with industries that define progress: semiconductors, medical, automotive, solar, and consumer electronics. Every product we release is a promise of performance and reliability.
We believe in more than manufacturing. We believe in precision, collaboration, and pushing boundaries. Our culture is built on integrity, respect, and passion; values that guide every decision and every interaction. If you thrive in environments where excellence isn’t optional, you’ll feel right at home here.
Your Role: Own the Launch. Drive the Future.
As an NPI Engineer, you’ll be the architect of our New Product Introduction process. From concept to production, you’ll ensure clarity, accountability, and flawless execution. Your mission: eliminate ambiguity, prevent disruption, and guarantee that every new part is ready for prime time; manufacturable, inspectable, quotable, and executable from day one.
This is a highly cross-functional role. You’ll collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and Customer Service to make sure every detail is locked before release. You’ll also help define and maintain the systems that keep our NPI process disciplined and auditable.
