New Project Opportunity – Finance & Accounting (Manager + Analyst Levels)

Job Description

We’re partnering with a global, multi-entity organization in the advanced manufacturing/technology space on a high-impact finance transformation initiative—and they’re building out a small team to support it.

This project focused on a company-wide cost allocation and shared services analysis across 50–60 business units. Think: internal audit-style work, process documentation, and evaluating what’s working vs. where improvements can be made.

We’re hiring:

  • Manager-level professional (to help lead workstreams, partner with leadership, and drive insights)
  • 2 Analysts (4–5+ years experience, strong hands-on contributors who can work independently)

What you’ll be doing:

  • Analyze and evaluate cost allocation methodologies across business units
  • Document existing financial processes and identify gaps/opportunities
  • Partner with leadership on improving cost-sharing structures
  • Support a large-scale, cross-functional finance initiative

Ideal background:

  • Experience in cost allocation / cost segregation / financial analysis
  • Public accounting or internal audit experience (especially from large organizations—banking, healthcare, Fortune 500, etc.)
  • Strong systems experience
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, project-based environment

Location: Hybrid – RI OR Boston (2–3 days/week onsite)

This is a high-visibility project with strong exposure to executive leadership and the opportunity to make a real impact across a complex organization.
