Data Analyst (Data Integration)

We are looking for a Data Analyst who can turn complex data into meaningful insights that drive business decisions. This role focuses on end-to-end data lifecycle management — from sourcing and transformation to analysis and visualization.

You will work closely with stakeholders, data engineers, and project teams to deliver high-quality, reliable, and actionable data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of data within your scope, delivering high-quality, reliable, and cost-effective solutions
• Extract, clean, normalize, and transform data from multiple sources
• Build dashboards and visualizations to support business and performance insights
• Work with Data Engineering teams to improve and maintain the data warehouse and pipelines
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that support business objectives
• Partner with project managers and technical teams to refine problem statements and deliver analytics solutions
• Ensure proper documentation, automation, and adherence to data governance, security, and operational standards
• Contribute ideas to improve data processes, design, and overall analytics strategy
• Work in cross-functional teams across business, engineering, and data functions (Agile/Waterfall environments)

Requirements

Must-have

• 1–2 years of experience in Data Analytics / Business Intelligence
• Strong SQL skills (complex queries, data extraction, transformation)
• Experience building dashboards and visualizations (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, etc.)
• Proficiency in Python, R, or similar scripting languages for data workflows
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
• Good communication skills to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Cloudera, or similar)
• Hands-on experience with data pipelines / ETL / database development
• Exposure to statistical modelling, predictive analytics, or machine learning
• Certifications in BI or analytics tools (Tableau, Microsoft, SAS, IBM, etc.)
