Job Summary:

Supports product development and production by ensuring designs are manufacturable, optimizing processes, and driving production readiness through cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in Integrated Product Teams to align technical solutions

Develop and maintain program architecture and manufacturing plans

Conduct producibility analysis to ensure manufacturing capability

Evaluate design concepts for manufacturability and efficiency

Resolve technical issues impacting cost, schedule, or performance

Support production readiness and implement lean practices

Collaborate with suppliers and stakeholders on integration requirements

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related field

Knowledge of electrical/mechanical manufacturing processes and assembly sequencing

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in manufacturing or production environments

Experience in manufacturing engineering or project leadership

Familiarity with manufacturing tools (PDM, CAPP, MES, etc.)

Experience in aerospace, defense, or electronics manufacturing
