Operational Data Analyst

A company is looking for an Operational Data Analyst to analyze customer deployments and operational workflows to drive adoption and retention.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze customer implementation data and product usage patterns to identify areas of impact

Build and maintain dashboards tracking performance and customer engagement indicators

Collaborate cross-functionally to develop evidence-based narratives around product value and operational impact

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience with clinical operations and business operations data

Master's degree or higher in data science or a related field (preferred)

Demonstrated ability to turn ambiguous business questions into structured analyses

Strong SQL proficiency and experience with large, structured datasets

Experience building dashboards and reporting frameworks (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
