We’re working with a growing real estate finance company in London that is looking to hire an

Operational Risk Analyst

to support and strengthen its risk management function. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with

1–2 years’ experience in operational risk

who wants hands-on exposure and the chance to help shape frameworks within an expanding business.

The Role

You’ll play a key role in supporting day-to-day operational risk activities while contributing to the development of a more robust risk framework across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the maintenance and enhancement of the

risk register

• Producing and analysing

incident reports

• Assisting with

Risk & Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs)

• Taking minutes and supporting documentation for

monthly risk committee meetings

• Contributing to the development and improvement of

risk frameworks and policies

• Preparing clear, concise

risk reports and documentation

for stakeholders

About You

• 1–2 years’ experience in

operational risk

, risk, or controls (financial services preferred)

• Strong attention to detail with solid

written and reporting skills

• Comfortable working with stakeholders across different teams

• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership

• Interest in

real estate finance

or broader financial services
