About Our Client

Our client is a well-known Investment Bank - looking for an experienced Operational Risk Analyst with PB exposure.

Job Description

• Support the management of operational risks in line with the Firm's risk framework, including reporting and identifying key risks

• Coordinate and support the annual Risk and Control Self‑Assessment (RCSA) process

• Manage the outsourcing program, including maintaining records, certifications, and risk reporting

• Track and monitor incidents and issues, including collecting information and following up on action items

• Perform risk and control reviews to help strengthen processes and reduce risks

• Assist with business continuity and crisis management planning in line with HKMA requirements

• Work with Legal, Compliance, Operations, IT, and other teams to identify and address business risks

• Support process improvement initiatives to reduce risk and improve efficiency

• Prepare risk reports, trend analysis, and escalation materials for senior management

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor degree

• Minimum 3 years' experience in banking, risk management, or a control-related role with Private Banking exposure is preferred

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Experience in a risk or control function is an advantage
