? We are hiring an

Operational Risk Change Manager

to join a strategic team at First Canadian Place in

Toronto

.

This is a 12-month mandate (with a high possibility of extension or FTE conversion) focused on leading organizational change for non-financial risk programs. If you are a certified Prosci and PMP professional with a background in the financial industry, we want to hear from you!

The Role at a Glance:

• Location:

Toronto, ON (Hybrid: 3x per week at First Canadian Place)

• Duration:

12-month contract (Extension/FTE potential)

• Focus:

Leading end-to-end change management for NFRM frameworks, regulatory shifts, and technology transformations.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the end-to-end change lifecycle for assigned risk initiatives.

• Partner with Business, Tech, and Compliance teams to embed risk and control considerations into project design.

• Provide executive-level reporting and support risk governance approvals.

• Navigate complex risk topics to inform stakeholder engagement and decision-making.

What You’ll Need:

• 6+ years

of Project Management experience +

4+ years

of Change Management experience.

• Certifications:

Both

Prosci

and

PMP

are required.

• Industry:

Proven experience within the

Financial Services/Banking

sector.

• Skills:

Exceptional executive-level communication and the ability to synthesize complex risk data into actionable messaging.
