Operational Risk Manager /Senior Manager (Risk Management Department)

Draft operational risk management policy and implementation plan.

Support the implementation of operational risk assessment, and monitor the key indicators for operational risk of the Bank.

Liaise with various business units to know the key operational risk area and design the appropriate risk tools to identify, access, migrate and control operational risk.

Design operational risk report in department level, prepare regular reports for risk committee and other management reports for senior management or head office.

Review the operational resilience framework, including the key parameters.

Conduct thematic reviews to assess IT, cyber security, and track implementation progress to ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• University degree or above in Finance, Risk Management, Statistics or other related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in operational risk management field, and familiar with BASEL and HKMA’s risk regulatory requirements.
• Possesses good quantitative skill in building proper empirical methodology for analyzing operational risk.
• Strong analytic mind with good report writing skills.
• Detailed-minded with good organization, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (preferably fluent in Mandarin).
• Holder of ECF on Operational Risk Management is preferable.
