Join a global financial services firm as an Operations Analyst supporting Data Quality & Control within Collateralized Lending Operations. This role operates in a fast-paced environment focused on asset-backed lending and loan lifecycle management.
You’ll support key processes including loan setup, servicing, data quality oversight, and issue resolution, working closely with internal teams and external clients. Ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable managing high-volume workflows with tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the setup, closing, and servicing of asset-secured lending products
- Review loan documentation and maintain loan product data
- Monitor and ensure data quality and control across loan systems
- Partner with front office, asset management, and other internal teams to resolve exceptions and inquiries
- Assist with financial covenant tracking, regulatory reporting, and KYC processes
- Manage risk throughout the loan lifecycle by identifying and escalating issues
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across regions and business lines
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (Finance, Business, Economics, or related field preferred)
- Fundamental knowledge of Loan Operations strongly preferred
- Experience in Middle Office, Loan Servicing, or Loan Product Setup is a plus
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact across teams and seniority levels
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in collateralized lending or financial services operations
- Master’s degree (preferred, not required)
