Position Overview
We are seeking an Operations Analyst to support and optimize performance across multiple locations. This role blends healthcare operations with data analytics and AI tools to improve scheduling, patient access, and overall efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Support multi-site operations with a focus on workflow efficiency and performance
- Optimize provider scheduling and clinic capacity using data and predictive tools
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports (Excel, Power BI, EMR data)
- Track productivity metrics (provider output, visit volume, operational KPIs)
- Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements and automation
- Partner with leadership, clinical, and admin teams to drive data-informed decisions
Productivity Metrics & KPIs
- Scheduling utilization & patient access improvement
- Report accuracy ≥98% and timely delivery
- Provider productivity & visit volume tracking
- Workflow efficiency gains across sites
- KRP tracking: throughput, revenue cycle, and operational performance
Qualifications
- 2–4+ years in healthcare operations or analytics
- Strong experience with scheduling, reporting, and workflow optimization
- Proficiency in Excel, EMR systems, and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Experience or interest in AI, automation, or predictive analytics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
