Operations Data Analytics Specialist - In person position
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical Operations Data Analytics Specialist to join our dynamic sales organization. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting daily sales operations through data-driven insights, reporting, and process optimization.
The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will help streamline operational workflows, analyze performance trends, maintain communication across teams, and support the systems that allow our sales organization to perform at its best.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate, maintain, and automate detailed sales performance reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Analyze sales trends, agent productivity, partner conversion rates, and operational KPIs to identify growth opportunities.
- Build dashboards and visual reports to provide leadership with real-time business insights.
- Track and monitor sales submissions, statuses, and partner pipelines to ensure accurate records and timely updates.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend data-backed process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Support operational teams by resolving workflow issues quickly and effectively.
- Serve as a liaison between sales agents and partner companies, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.
- Provide sales agents with insights related to application statuses, partner requirements, and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate internal databases for sales activity, partner communications, and agent performance.
- Compile reports for leadership highlighting revenue trends, productivity metrics, forecasting, and operational performance.
- Assist with onboarding new agents by providing training on systems, reporting tools, and workflows.
- Help document operational procedures and maintain internal resources for team members.
Requirements
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into action.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, reporting).
- Experience with dashboards or BI reporting tools is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to improve processes through analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Bilingual preferred but not required.
Schedule
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Some college coursework preferred, especially in Business, Analytics, Finance, or related fields
- Previous experience in operations, reporting, administration, sales support, or analytics is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting Salary: $40,000 annually (based on experience)
- Performance-based annual bonus
