Position Overview
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and analytical individual to oversee bridal order management and sales analytics across all locations.
This role is critical to both protecting revenue through precise order execution and driving business decisions through data and performance tracking.

Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Management & Accuracy
- Process all bridal customer orders across multiple locations
- Review stylist notes, measurements, and selections for accuracy
- Determine correct sizing using designer size charts
- Confirm all order details including color, fabric, and customizations
- Submit orders through designer portals with complete accuracy
- Maintain and update order records in POS system
Attention to detail is critical — errors can be costly and impact the customer experience.
Systems & Administrative Management
- Maintain organization across POS, Google Sheets, Docs, Dropbox, and email
- Track order timelines and ensure deadlines are met
- Follow established processes and procedures consistently
Sales Analytics & Reporting
- Partner with ownership to review performance across all locations
- Track key metrics including:
- Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Support data-driven decision making
Inventory & Merchandising Oversight
- Track inventory lifecycle and performance
- Identify best sellers and slow-moving styles
- Recognize inventory gaps by size, category, and trend
- Recommend reorders, transfers, or markdowns
Inter-Store Inventory Transfers
- Monitor inventory across all locations (bridal + prom)
- Identify opportunities to transfer styles to maximize sell-through
- Communicate recommendations and coordinate transfers
Team Pay Visibility & Communication
- Provide team members with clear insight into their earnings
- Share pay summaries and effective hourly rates (including commission/tips where applicable)
- Support transparency and performance awareness
Qualifications
- Extremely detail-oriented and highly organized
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with numbers and data
- Proficient in Google Sheets, Docs, and email
- Ability to learn POS systems and external platforms quickly
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and systems simultaneously

Pay: $23.00 - $29.00 per hour
