We’re looking for a Paralegal to join our London team. In this role, you’ll help us support our experienced Corporate & Commercial legal team on global matters, tackling some of the most interesting and novel legal issues in the industry.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

You’ll be joining the Corporate & Commercial Legal team based in our Cannon Street office. We are a friendly, high-impact team that partners closely with the business to provide pragmatic advice and effective implementation across a global landscape.

Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

• Drafting & Advisory: Draft a broad range of legal documents, policies, and correspondence, and provide essential advice on marketing campaigns and promotions.

• Dispute Management: Manage small claims and disputes from end-to-end, working closely with our internal lawyers to reach resolutions.

• Legal Research: Conduct deep-dive legal research to support the team in providing pragmatic, actionable advice to various business functions.

• Project Management: Lead internal projects, including preparing and maintaining complex tracker documents to monitor the progress of global legal matters.

• Operational Support: Assist with document review exercises and general matter management, ensuring our internal "know-how" and document systems are flawlessly maintained.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO THRIVE

Essential

• Academic Foundation: A strong academic background or equivalent experience, demonstrating a high level of rigour and analytical ability.

• Organisational Excellence: A proven record of meeting tight deadlines and managing competing demands in a fast-paced environment.

• Meticulous Attention to Detail: A drive to produce excellent work with total accuracy and efficiency.

• Collaborative Mindset: A positive, "can-do" attitude and a willingness to get stuck in as a dedicated team player.

• Motivation to Grow: A high degree of motivation and a keen interest in learning and experiencing different areas of law.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience as a Paralegal within an in-house legal team or a private practice law firm.

• Experience using legal tech tools for matter management or document review.

This role is based in our Cannon Street (London) office for a minimum of 3 days per week.
