At Domain, we’re building a new kind of financial planning experience—one that is clear, actionable, and powered by technology. As a Paraplanner, you’ll sit at the center of that mission: helping translate complex financial lives into simple, high-quality guidance to our members.

What you’ll do

• Host onboarding sessions with members to ensure the data we've collected is accurate

• Support the Financial Planning team with answering member questions

• Keep the team organized and assist with product automation projects

• Assist with building out our membership learning library

• Build and deepen your knowledge and skill set by maintaining an in-depth understanding of financial planning, investments, and tax planning

• Be an active part of a collaborative team and share best practices

What sets you apart

• CFP® (or actively pursuing it)

• BS or BA in Finance, Accounting, or other related major preferred

• Strong grasp of investments and broader financial planning concepts

• Clear, thoughtful communicator—especially in writing

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Experience with financial planning tools or fintech platforms

• Interest in startups, technology, or building new products

• Bonus: experience in consumer fintech
